And i have come up with simple mixed media project using the new Chipzeb releases in combination with few earlier ones.

Altered a Wooden plaque, which was waiting long for a mixed media makeover.

  • Gave a nice coat of white gesso over the wooden plaque.
  • Applied Prima white crackle paste randomly for crackled effects.
  • Pressed the Grunge effect stencil over the paste in few areas for the pattern to appear while the paste was wet.
  • Misted the plaque with Lindy's spray: Opal sea oats for the background.
  • Added a natural hemp over oneside of the plaque for textures.
  • Took Leafy circles chipzebs in both sizes, Spring floral chipzeb for the embellishment.
  • Arranged the floral embellishment as in picture and accented with loads of Prima art stones, mica flakes, moss, twine bow, tulle etc.,
  • Few chipzebs are heat embossed in Leaf Zing Embossing powder and few used as such.
  • Mini butterfly Chipzebs are colored using gelatos and added to the composition.
  • Mudra script stamp randomly stamped over the base using Black archival ink.
  • Sponged black archival ink over the edges of the plaque.
  • Inspire - Word#1 Chipzeb is added onto a Leaf chipzeb which was colored using Peeled paint Distress oxide and topped over a tulle.
