Hello Friends ,
Thanks die cut is also 4 layered,I have die cut using thanks die and put together 4 cutouts to get this thickness with a normal blue card stock and further layered it with glossy accents to get this outcome. The sentiment is from Thanks Stamp Set that coordinates the die and yet again I have layered the sentiment on a double sided foam to create a 3d effect.

You can see the page by page look here
For this card I have kept the edges normal , giving it a square look and it opens like a normal card with side fold.
This is how each fold opens up to the next card.
I totally enjoyed trying this fold and creating this layered card. Simple yet striking isn't it!
Project 3 - Mixed Media Wall art
I went ahead to create a mixed media wall art which is 8"x 6" in size as a gift along with it too.
I have used Floral Flourish Chipzeb to decorate and filled it in with the sentiment from Blooms Within stamp set . The sentiment is layered on the golden cut out background.
Here are a few close ups of the creation, the layers and textures created.
That is all for today :) Do play along with us at Mudra Stamps - Craft Challenge #25

This is Sharada Dilip from HappyMomentzz and I'm excited to be taking up the new role as the Social Media Coordinator here at Mudra.
Today I have creations on theme for Teacher's day ."Teacher's Day" is intended to be special days for the appreciation of teachers, September 5, the birthday of Independent India's second President, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan (1888-1975), is celebrated as Teacher's Day in India since 1962. Radhakrishnan believed that teachers should be the best minds in the country.
Our teachers are always very special. They make learning a wonderful experience for us. But it is not often that we thank these wonderful people who help in building us....Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right words to say to someone who means so much to you. I am sharing few creations today that I made as a Thank you note for my mentors using Mudra's Thanks die which I felt was a perfect way I wanted to convey my regards.
This is also an inspiration to our Mudra Stamps - Craft Challenge #25 "Layer it up" make any projects from cards, scrapbook layouts, mixed media, 3d projects, etc with more than one layer. stacking layers add more interest and detail to any projects.
Here you can see I have created a Pyramid card , that has 4 layers and it is put together with a band that holds the Thanks die cut.
Card 1
This card is a Pyramid card that I choose to have only 4 layeres.
The last card is 6"x6" on which card 5"x5" is adhered and similarly 4"x4" and fianlly the 3"x3".
I have cropped the corners giving it a curvy edge for this card and used double sided pattern papers saving time to decorate both ends. This card is made top fold.
This card is again is a Pyramid card with 4 layers measuring 6"x6" on which card 5"x5" is adhered and similarly 4"x4" and fianlly the 3"x3".

Project 3 - Mixed Media Wall art
I went ahead to create a mixed media wall art which is 8"x 6" in size as a gift along with it too.
I have used the Blooms Within stamp set as the focus of my creation and decorated around it with Floral Flourish Chipzeb.
- For this creation I have layered the chipboard with white Gessso first and thats when it is primed and ready to take the colours and the textures.
- Once its fully dried I have created textures on the chipboard using Memory Dots Stencils and texture paste.
- I have used Alcohol Ink in magenta and Gold and played along till I was satisfied with the background.
- I let it dry for few days so that the surface is fully dry and ready to work.
I have used Floral Flourish Chipzeb to decorate and filled it in with the sentiment from Blooms Within stamp set . The sentiment is layered on the golden cut out background.
