Hello Stampers!
Zalak here from TheCardShopStudio today with you all showing how easy and effortlessly "Mai Ink pad" blends and I have most popular background to show i.e. Rainbow 💖💗💛💚💙💜
So let's started,
- I started with watercolor paper of 8-1/2" x 4" and Mai ink pads.
- As I want to create Rainbow background so I have used Fuchsia Pink, Ruby Red, Tangerine Orange, Lemon Yellow, Sky Blue, Ultra Violet Mai Inks.
- I started blending from top corner to bottom corner diagonally and overlapping colors to blend with each other.
- As we don't have green shade of ink pad, I have blend Lemon Yellow & Sky Blue to get the green color.
- Once the background is done, I have did some splatter with water and spectrum noir clear glitter brush.
- Then I have stamped butterflies on a separate watercolor paper, color it with coordinating zig real clean brush pens and fussy cut it.
- I also stamped sentiment with Cornflower Blue Mai Ink and fussy cut it.
- To complete the card, I have adhered some die-cut white tiny butterflies and rainbow jewels.
To create this Rainbow Background I have a video tutorial for you all. You can watch here or on MUDRA YouTube Channel.
I hope you all will give a try to create this background with Mai Inks. I would like to see all your entries in our current challenge #30.
