Shabby chic card and Balloons card

March Month is Mudra’s Birthday Month,  Here is March Month Challenge theme - tic-tac-toe, choose vertical, horizontal or across!

My choice№1

For this card i used beautiful chipboard from Mudra - Chipzeb: Beautiful Butterflies, Leaves, Leafy Swirls, Tiny Tags. I replaced ribbon with lace. Used embossing powder for a Chipzeb.

My choice№2

• Used Balloons stamp set and Cheers stamp set(Happy birthday sentiment)
• Toned a base for a card. Then I cut out a frame. 
• Stamped and cut out balloons.
• Created composition with balloons and joined the golden thread of balloons
• Added the clear drops
