Make the most of your alphabet stamps

Hello friends
Parul here from Parul Gupta Designs. Are you playing Mudra's ongoing challenge # 9 - Chalkboard Technique? If not then you must try. Not only you have a chance to win a beatiful stamp set but also you get to play with this really cool technique. If you want to get inspired before giving it a try there are plenty of inspirations by all DTs.  So what are you waiting for? Come on and play along!

In today's post I will share with you three ways you can use Mudra's latest alphabet stamp set " Painted Alphas".  Although I can never have enough of alphabet sets but this big, bold painted alpha is going to be my all time favourite. I think I can make infinite number of projects just with this stamp set and so can you :)
So here we go
Project 1 : Highlight a word in random alphabets
As all words are made with letters you can always make a quick card with stamping lot of alphabets and highlighting the letters of that sentiment word just like I did in my card :)

I stamped all alphabets in light blue colour and highlighted the word "Hi" by stamping it in a navy blue colour. Luckily the word Hi has consecutive alphabets but you can also try Hello, ILU, Love etc  as well.

Project 2: Repeat stamping of a word and then highlighting one of them.
Second way of using your alphabet stamps can be stamping a word repeatedly and then highlight one of them as I did in my following card

You can use your stamp positioning tool to stamp the letters in a straight line. :) This combination of grey and red is just wow! It infuses romance instantly to the card. I also made a dashed line with white gel pen to break the monotonous background :)

Project 3 : Doodling on alphas
Since this is a big and bold alphabet stamp it also gives you opportunity to doodle on them. Lets have a look at the card
I randomly doodled on upper half of the letters. Don't they look so pretty?  And to make it look like a frame I used the smallest layered flower from the set "Botanical Blooms". The word "Birthday" is result of masking and stamping from the "Floral Fantasy" set from Mudra.
I hope you like the projects and get inspired. Please let me know in comments I would love to read them all.
