Hiya Crafters,
This is Sathya here, from Paperie Expressions.
Its Spring in few parts of the world and No such weather differences in this part of the world, as the Mercury hits only hot, hotter, Hottest in this desert!!
But Spring... always reminds me of the beautiful years, i spent at Taiwan and its memories are so dearly etched in heart.
For today's creations, i have come up with 2 Mixed media Tags and a long floral card.

For today's creations, i have come up with 2 Mixed media Tags and a long floral card.
Right onto Mixed Media Tags:
Floral Tag 1
- Took a largest TH Tag diecut in kraft chipbaord and on to which applied White gesso all over, as gesso provides tooth for the further sprays and pigment layering.
- Then used the stencil : Retro curves on one end and just applied Texture paste on other end.
- Series of Sprays and LSG magical powders for the bg.
- At top corner, stamped few leaves using Leaves stamps and added few Embossed Vellum leaves for added interest.
- The base of the tag is layered with misted cheesecloth and glitter balls.
- Roses from Wild rose set is stamped, colored using Zig markers and fussy cut.
- These are added at various depth using foam adhesives for dimensions.
- Vellum butterflies and sentiment are added with a generous splash of black mist.
Floral Tag 2
- Took a largest TH Tag diecut in kraft chipboard.
- Onto which applied Geometric Nature diagonally in the centre (but unfortunately its not shown here due to further layerings)
- Its misted in various LSG sprays in the shades of blue.
- Then its layered with burlap pieces, drywall tape and black doilies.
- A white resin is added with a Gold heat embossed Butterfly which is colored using Fabercastell pencils.
- To a white cs, smooshed the Yellow shimmery acrylic glaze and Wild rose is stamped to make a floral spray.
- Then the florals are colored using colored pencils to add interest and depth.
- They are then fussy cut and added near the butterfly.
- Few stamping done using Build a ribbon set
- Sentiment is then stamped on a white cs, fussy cut and added to the Tag.
- Mudra Gold sequins are added as final touches.
Long Floral card:
Last card for today is a Long card, Did Noline coloring using Faber castell polychromos. Am in love with these Wild Roses, and so tried coloring using different mediums to bring about textures to these cuties. Hope you like these attempts.
- Tried Noline coloring using Fabercastell polychromos pencils.
- Masked and Stamped using Light ink and went over to color.
- Finally splashes using Ice Grey gelato around the floral spray.
- Stamped directly the sentiments on the front panel.
- Added few Mudra Neon green sequins for the final touches.
- This panel, then added to kraft cs.
