Year end Inspirations

Hi Crafty Peeps,

Sathya here from Paperie Expressions. I have brought in few inspirations using Mudra's new releases to wrap up this year 2017. 

Let's get started!

Beary Hugs Card:

• Took a standard A2 sized cream colored top fold card.
• Matted with the papers from Awesome paperback " Beary Hugs", which was distressed with sanding block.
• Fussy cut the cute image from element sheet.
• Prepped the focal area with drywall tape, cheesecloth, tinted clay frame and topped it with Fussy cut image.
• Then added few pink glitter balls for added interest.
• Added a cream raffia at the bottom of the card, and topped with sentiment from the pack.
• This finishes off the card.

Canvas Panel:

• Took 4"x4" circle canvas panel.
• Applied black gesso followed by Prima violet wax liberally over the surface.
• Then took Prima Golden sparks -Dragon eye,  mixed with Embossing paste, applied using Rangoli stencil.
• After drying added Art Pebble at centre which is colored using Prima golden sparks and ts surrounded by few mini peach pearls.
• This decorative panel can be used as mini wall arts too.

Hugs Card:

• Took standard A2 cream sized Top fold card.
• For Matting took a card little lesser and is stenciled using black soot at one side .
• Splattered few splatters.
• Added the stamped , diecut botanical blooms with cheesecloth and few artstones.
• Added the fussy cut Sentiment "Hugs" from the element sheet.

 Thanks Card:

• Took standard cream colored A2 sized card,
• Matted with a watercolor card, which is stenciled with Leafy pattern using Peeled paint Distress ink and Embossing paste.
• Added  the Thanks diecut which is colored with peeled paint onto vellum which has the stamped sentiment.
• Then topped the vellum sentiment strip onto the embossed panel.
• Few white pearls added as final touch.

Happy New Year Card:

• Took the A2 sized cream Top fold card,
• Topped with a black trellis background diecut.
• Added the shaped flowers from the Gardenia dieset.
• The flowers are tinted with pink Gelatos on yellow handmade paper.
• Added black pollen centre to all flowers.
• The focal point is prepped with green tinted cheesecloth, different moses.
• Then topped with flowers with and few artstones.
• Dew drops are added for interest.
• Sentiment is Demo label maker generated.
