Mudra Guest Designer : Karthikha Uday

Hi Friends,

Today we have Karthikha Uday as our Guest Designer. Let's jump in to see all the Glittery Goodness she has brought in for our viewers using Mudra products creatively.

Over to Karthikha,

"Hello Crafty Folks,

I am glad to be guest designing with Mudra again! Thank you Varshitha and Mudra team for giving me the opportunity!

I have 3 cards to show you guys today following the monthly challenge - Love for Glitter.

Card 1: Thank you

1. Start with a square white cardstock and stamp the different floral images from "Floral Silhouette" stampset using Versamark ink.
2. Heat emboss in gold to form a background.
3. Stamp the sentiment using Thank You mini stamp and heat emboss in gold on metallic gold cardstock.
4. Attach the sentiment and the background onto gold glitter cardstock.
5. Add a few gold pearl dots for more interest.
6. Finally assemble everything onto square top folding metallic gold cardstock.

Card 2: Loads of Love

1. Take blue metallic cardstock and trim it to standard size.
2. Place the Mudra Geo pattern stencil and emboss it using diecutting machine.
3. Give it a few runs until you are satisfied with the embossing.
4. On a top folding cardbase, form a frame with gold glitter sheet.
5. Trim down the stenciled panel and adhere to the base using foam tape.
6. For the nested hearts, diecut hearts using Nelli's Choice Multiframe Dies from gold glitter sheet as well as metallic blue cardstock alternatively.
7. Stack and glue the hearts and adhere to the main panel.
8. Heat emboss the sentiment from Mudra - Love stampset in gold and attach to a frame diecut in gold.
9. Adhere the sentiment also to the main card panel and complete the card :)

Card 3: Sending Bunny Love

This card is my personal favorite and kept for the last :)

1. Trim Iris cardstock to standard size and distress using Candied Apple DI to form the background.
2. Stamp a few hearts from Playful Bunnies stampset on the panel again in red to get a monochrome look. This forms the base/inside of the shaker.
3. For the outer panel, diecut a frame using Gina Marie scallop stitched rectangle frame dies from white glitter sheet.
4. On the inner diecut, draw cloud shape and fussy cut.
5. Stamp the sentiment 'Sending Love' on the glitter sheet using Versafine Onyx Black ink with the help of a stamping tool.
6. Also, stamp and fussy cut a bunny from the Playful Bunnies stampset and a few hearts from the Love stampset.
7. Color the bunny using Faber Castell watercolor pencils.
8. Apply glue on the hearts and sprinkle Little Birdie Fairy Dust - Rouge.
9. Fussy cut a few more hearts as background for the red hearts from the white glitter sheet.
10. Attach the heart balloons and the bunny onto the main panel.
11. Fill the shaker portion with red star sequins, Mudra clear sequins and glitter elements. That completes the card!

Hope you like my cards! Wish you are inspired to create more and participate in the ongoing challenge! "
