Hi..
I am Varshitha here!!
Another farewell for this month. I am really stuck with words... We are bidding farewell to another DT who travelled with us from the beginning... Ujjwal, is a very experienced crafter, who explores various techniques and projects! She is so inspiring and she has done an amazing job in the journey as a Mudra Creative Team Member and Stamp Design coordinator!!!
All the very best gal!!
Hugs :)
Over to Ujjwal ...
"Hello,
This is Ujjwal and today is a bittersweet day for me as this is my last post on the Mudra blog as a design team member. I have had a great time being a part of this fantastic team. It was a great learning experience for me and I will carry it forward with me for life.
Today, I am sharing some of the ways to use the Pixels Background Stamp.
The first think of course is to make pixel art. This is so simple and so fun to do. You can google "Pixel Art" and you will find lots of fun ideas to try.
Then there's this fun abstract background to try. You can pick a combination of 2-4 colors and randomly color in the little squares. Make it as bright as you like or go pastel. I used the regular Faber-Castell sketch pens and let it look scribbly.
Heat emboss and watercolor for a subtle look. How cute is this pig from the "Pig Day" set!
And last but not the least, I don't know why but the Pixel background reminded me of cross-stitch mat and so I turned it into one. Loved cross-stitching this heart after a long long time.
I hope you like these ideas and explore this little stamp set to come up with more.
Don't forget to participate in our monthly challenge. This month's theme is Triple time stamping/stenciling.
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!
Love, Ujjwal
