Florals, Leaves & Butterflies!!!

Hiya Crafty Friends!

Good morning all!! Its Sathya here again from Paperie Expressions. Have come today with few inspirations using the Fabulous October Release stampsets. Hard to stop me when its Florals and Butterflies in our Stamp Releases. Let's start!!

Offset Triple Time Stenciling:

We have heard of Triple time Stamping / Triple Stamping. A weird thought and so this try at using our new launch stencil - Geo Patterns, and did Offset Triple Time Stenciling.  Technique is very same but here its stenciling.

  • Took 3 pieces of white cardstock of varying measurements, and stenciled it with Geo pattern stencil using scattered straw Distress ink.
  • Then I matted those with black cardstocks.
  • Arranged these on a lavender cardbase.
  • The florals and leaves are from Doodles Elements, are colored using Fabercastell polychromos.
  • Sentiment from Butterfly layers are stamped directly on the focal panel.
  • Then the fussy cut florals and leaves are mounted on the panel with little embossing on leaves and petals for the dimensional effect.
  • Few purple enamel dots are for final touches.
Stenciled Background card:

  • For this card, used Doodle clusters stencil,  have stenciled a major portion of the cardbase with Prima Lightpaste + Mustard seed distress stain.
  • I have Gold heat embossed Floral florish Mini stamp set, colored using Zig and pearl centered it.
  • Fussy cut it and mounted on the cardbase with a Goldglitter washitape as a border on beginning of the stenciled portion.
  • Sentiment is stamped from Doodled Elements.
  • Few peach pearls at random to finish off the card.
Doodled Vellum Butterfly card:

  • This card is made using our DT Ujjwal's  Designed stamp - Doodled Elements.
  • White cardbase is stenciled using Geo pattern Stencil, diagonally with Lightpaste+mustard seed distress stain and left to dry.
  • The big butterfly is white heat embossed on vellum and fussy cut.
  • Its mounted on the center of the card with a sentiment from Butterfly layers on double notched banner
  • Few yellow enamel dots are for added interest.
Sunset card:

  • By now, you know how much i love sponging and ink blending.
  • The Leaves stampset is one of the fave of this release, designed by Mudra illustrator Ruchi.
  • It demanded an evening sky card and so this attempt of masking, sponging, ink blending series of distress inks.
  • The masking paper is took off and stamped leaves.
  • The butterflies are from Butterfly layers, colored using Zig and fussy cut, mounted on the focal panel.
  • Sentiment is from the Doodled Elements.
  • Focal panel is then matted to a black cardbase.
  • No extra embellishments absolutely, just to speak subtle background.
Last and Final card for today is my fave.

Vellum Butterflies card:

  •  Took a white cardstock and stamped leaves from Leaves stampset on top portion.
  • Colored with Zig.
  • Stamped Butterflies from Butterfly layers on vellum and white heat embossed them.
  • Fussy cut those and popped onto the focal panel.
  • Light green polka dot ribbon ran across the lower portion of the card.
  • Sentiment from Leaves stampset is stamped onto vellum and mounted on to the ribbon.
  • Few green enamel dots are added as accents.
That's all from me and Hope you like my inspirations for today.
