So let's stamp away with DIs !!
Card 1:
I absolutely enjoyed designing this stamp & even more while working with it :)
I did ink smooshing technique for the bg. Added mustard seed DI on an acetate sheet, spritzed with water & swiped it over cardstock.! It's so easy & fun..
Added touches of worn lipstick DI randomly & few splashes.
Finally stamped both the doodle image & sentiment using black soot DI, finishing off with few clear sequins.Stampset used:
I went for no line watercoloring technique here. Stamped the image from Dainty bloom stampset with spun sugar DI (any lighter color will do. I just chose the closest color shade)
Colored the bg first with salty ocean, worn lipstick & mowed lawn DIs. I used undiluted inks with brush tip to add the stippled effect & hence give more depth & interest. Added white dots with signo gel pen.
Colored the blooms & leaves with worn lipstick & evergreen bough DIs respectively.
Finally added the sentiment with memento tuxedo black ink.

Card 3:
I always find it challenging to work with solid stamps & this is one cool technique to use them.
I stamped the roses with lighter shades of DIs (shaded lilac & spun sugar) masking where necessary. Then I added the darker shades with Dusty Concord & worn lipstick respectively. Am no pro in watercoloring nor am familiar with lights or shades. I just added the shade in the edge facing the center of the flower.!! Gives a wonderful 3D effect.
Added bg with diluted black soot DI.

Card 4:
This is a CAS card having the butterfly as the focal image. My love for this Grungy butterfly stampset is evergrowing & am sure to do more projects with it :)
Peacock feathers, scatterd straw, tea dye, gathered twigs & black soot DIs used here.

Card 5:
I did some free hand painting of the feathers with salty ocean, peacock feathers & chipped sapphire DIs. You can also find gorgeous feather images in Mudra's Dreamcatcher stampset. Trust me, it's totally droolworthy.!
Added the sentiment with memento tuxedo black ink & finished off with some sequins.
