Hi dear crafties
Riswana here with you today. It's Mudra's third monthly release already, time sure is flying fast.! I take this opportunity to thank you all once again for all the love, support and feedback. You are the best :)
This May release is super awesome that I literally couldn't pick any favorites ;) Today I'll be sharing few easy-to-make bookmarks & a card.
Bookmark 1:
I just did some watercoloring with Distress inks (broken china, salty ocean, dusty concord, chipped sapphire, black soot) my favorite combo for galaxy bg :) Added some stars & constellations with white gel pen.
Stamped the quote with black dye ink & highlighted the bold words with silver gel pen.. The shine is super cool in person :)
Drew & colored a location pointer with red fine liner pen, fussy cut & added it.
Stampset used:
Bookmark 2:
I always try to make the most of stamps.. Here's a little example.. I've used the solid & outline circle images in the "Dad" stampset to make this abstract bg..
Applied DIs (mowed lawn, shabby shutters, squeezed lemonade, mustard seed) on the stamp, spritzed with water & stamped randomly.
Finally added sentiment with black dye ink.

Bookmark 3:
Here's another attempt with the same technique.. Stamped the circle image with DI & then drew over it, the details with black fine liner pen.. I totally love how this drooling cutie turned out to be :D
Bookmark 4:
This is super duper simple & my personal favorite ;)
I stamped the brush stroke image with memento london fog ink using generation stamping technique & stamped the quote with memento tuxedo black ink.! Done.!!!
Stampsets used:
Here's the round up of all four.! Making bookmarks is so addicting :)
Colorful Card:
Did you check out the washi tapes stampset? Now I don't have to worry about my washis running out :D it's a boon to hoarders like me ;)
So onto the card, i stamped the washi tape patterns with memento inks mostly following the rainbow color scheme. I made mask with heart image from the heart bg stampset. I also fussy cut more hearts out of a separate cardstock stamped with washis.
I stamped Ria with black dye ink & colored with Zig clean color real brush pens & made a Polaroid picture.
Added a bit of shimmer by adding Versa fine "champagne" ink to the frame..
Handwritten the quote with black fine liner pen & stamped few little hearts. Added a twine for the finishing touch.

That's all from me today. Hope you liked it.
