Hello everyone,
I am here with another round of inspirational post with set of awesome stamps designed by Pon Malar - 'Lotus Blooms'. The flowers are quite large with lots of space for coloring which is my latest passion. So, over to my cards
1. Vellum overlay card
Took an A4 cardstock ( 11.5 x 8.2 ) and folded in half. I used a flower, bud and a leaf stamp to create the back ground. Stamped these with Versamark clear ink and embossed them with gold embossing powder from Ranger.
I cut a piece of vellum smaller than the card size and embossed the same image , but embossed it with white embossing powder. I colored the image with copics on the back side to give a stained glass effect.
Stuck the vellum on four corners and added design stones on the corners.
2. Window Panel card.
I stamped the flowers with Altenew frosty pink ink and did no line coloring with Zig clear color brush pens. Stamped the leaves with DI - Twisted citron and colored with Zig clear color brush pens and fussy cut all the images
For the card panel, I made a window by removing a strip of card and adhered an acetate sheet to make a window.
Took another piece of card stock and distressed it with blue and yellow DI and adhered on the card pane to cover the acetate. I did the same for the inside also. Stuck the flowers the front as well as inner panel so that flower on the inner panel is seen though the acetate window.
Stamp set used:
Lotus Bloom
Hope you liked both my cards and are inspired to try these stamps.
Happy crafting!
