As promised....Have come up with a Mixed media canvas Tutorial using Mudra stamps.

- 5x7" primed canvas is taken (This is a good choice sizewise. Lesser/greater than this size would be bit tough to handle for a newbie)
- This MM canvas is completely mists-free project ;) :) means no mists/sprays are used in the process of making it.
- Apply Wendy Veicchi Embossing paste (Translucent) in the canvas using palette knife leaving a central portion. This creates a frosty spikes, when pouncing against the surface. It dries up fast, so avoid using heat gun.
- Translucent Emb.Paste has a natural sheen and shine, so after drying it gives such nice texturous sheen all over.
- Meanwhile take 2 ply facial tissues (or those without textures) and stamp Vintagy fluorish stamps using archival black ink.
- After canvas completely dried, similar to decoupage techniques, put these stamped facial tissues over canvas sides, using Ranger -multimatte medium. (This acts as seal, glue, and as image transfer also). Allow it to air dry.
- Using Ranger-multi matte medium, stick a cheesecloth to the central portion of the canvas. Let it air dry. (*Refer pic above)
- Take metallic gelatos of colors - Teal, Dark blue and apply on those frosty spikes of the Emb.paste. It just magically slides in the grooves. If needed, slightly mist your fingers with water and smooth it over the spiky textures.
- The colors magically blends as such.
- Prima Art alchemy paint-Steampunk mixed with Emb.paste and stenciled out, using TCW microbial in a circular fashion, on the central portion of canvas leaving the cheesecloth area.
- Meanwhile stamp the Large butterfly from Butterfly flutters stamp set, using Archival ink and color it using metallic gelatos - Purple, Dark blue, Pink. And heat emboss it, using Ranger UTEE clear embossing powder twice. This gives a beautiful embellishment kind - Butterfly to use as focal element :)
- Take any resin embellishment -Square/rectangle/circle (or make one using moulds/chipboard), mine is a square resin, colored randomly using Prima Art alchemy -Rose gold opal magic and glued it down on Cheesecloth using foam adhesive and hotglue gun.
- Add 2 crisscrossed piece of cheesecloth on resin embellishment using Ranger mm medium and also around resin embellishment area and pour generously Prima mini art stones.
- And after drying, sponge on Rose gold art alchemy paint randomly on it and apply even on the sides of the canvas.
- Glue down Embossed butterfly on the resin using hotglue gun.
- "Celebrate life" are taken from Brushed sentiments stampset. Stamped using Black archival ink, sponged using purple gelatos and rose gold Prima art alchemy. Fussy cut it and Heat emboss those using UTEE clear Embossing powder and make some embossed glossy sentiments :)
- Sentiment is popped using foam adhesives.
